  • License & Authentication Data:
    When you activate or log into TECH+, we may collect your Autodesk ID or company email to validate your license and verify your identity.
     
  • Usage Data (Optional):
    The App may collect anonymous usage metrics—such as feature usage frequency, performance logs, and error reports—to improve reliability and user experience.
    No BIM models, design content, or proprietary project data are ever accessed or transmitted without your explicit consent.
     
  • User-Provided Information:
    When you contact us for support, updates, or license inquiries, we may collect your name, email address, and the details you provide in your message.
     

TECH+ does not collect or store Revit model data, project files, or confidential client information.

2. Data Sharing and Third-Party Protection

We do not sell or trade your personal data.
If limited data is shared, it is only with trusted third parties that help us deliver or maintain the App (e.g., licensing systems, secure analytics, or email providers).

All third parties—including service providers and affiliates—are contractually required to protect your data with the same or higher level of security as described in this policy.

Examples include:

  • Autodesk App Store (licensing and distribution)
     
  • Secure analytics providers (if telemetry is enabled)
     
  • Related entities under Delta Tech Plus for maintenance and technical support
     

3. Data Retention and Deletion

  • Account and license data are retained for as long as your license remains active.
     
  • Telemetry data (if collected) is stored anonymously for up to 12 months and then deleted or aggregated for analysis.
